The 3 ancient stone buildings have been renovated and form a perfect example of rural architecture of the traditional Tuscan farmhouses. There are three apartments and a main house over 2 floors, which are full of style and at the same time very comfortable. There is also a common room for all the group, a professional kitchen and a further room for the catering service during the bigger celebrations; therefore, the property is very well equipped and ideal even for larger events, who our guest would like to celebrate during his holiday. The apartments are so divided as follows: In the main house: on the 1st floor, fronting the valley- while the ground floor is on the other side- there is 1 big fully equipped kitchen with stone fireplace, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, direct exit to a veranda with a masonry pizza oven. To bake a pizza, prepared by you, in a stone oven is simply part of every Italian holiday! Next to the kitchen, you will find a small living room with a double bed sofa for 2 pers. equipped and 1 large, beautifully tiled bathroom with bath tub, sink, wc and bidet, 1 bedroom with French bed (1 ½ square), good for 1 adult or 2 children, 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suited bathroom completely tiled with green ceramic and equipped with shower enclosure, sink, wc and bidet, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower enclosure, sink, wc and bidet, this time tiled with  red ceramic. on the 2nd floor (from the front of the house, this is the 1st floor) there  are 4 cozy double bedrooms, each in a different color as the 4 bathrooms, whose colors are always in tone with that of the bedrooms, all with shower enclosure, sink, wc and bidet Mansard There is a room with double sofa bed, cupboard and table with chairs,  with 2 characteristic round windows which offer the view of the entire property, with 1 further double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower enclosure, sink, WC and bidet. On the 1st building, located a bit more down below, there is:  Apartment 1 "Viola" On the ground floor, fronting the valley, there is 1 fully equipped kitchen with sitting corner and double sofa bed, dining area with extendable dining table. Here, you will find a very particular floor, paved with large stone slabs. Moreover, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower enclosure, WC, sink and bidet; here the walls are of stone, this gives to this room a very special flair. Apartment 2 "Girasole" On the ground floor, in the central garden area 1 fully equipped kitchen with sitting corner and double sofa bed, dining area with extendable dining table, 1 double bedroom, in which there is a beautiful stone fireplace, 1 extra large bathroom, equipped for persons with wheelchairs. Apartment 3 "Iris" On the ground floor, with its own, very large and covered terrace to sit outside,  1 fully equipped kitchen with sitting corner and sofa, dining area with extendable dining table, from here a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower enclosure, wc, sink and bidet. IN TOTAL: 11 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, x 11 bathrooms, besides, 5 double sofa bed for 10 possible accommodations. On the ground floor of the main house on the side of the valley, there is a small SPA with a shower, toilet and a Whirlpool for up to 4 persons; the entire front is glazed and so from the whirlpool you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and of the swimming pool – drink here a glass of champagne at the sunset is really a relaxing end of the day! However, there is also a small Bar with home-made liquors, grappa, cookies or a cup of the tea planted and cultivated by the owner. Here, there is also an internet point. In the 2nd building, located a bit more down below: On the ground floor, you will find a large room, thought for catering; in the 1st floor (seen from the side fronting the valley), from the other side of the house is on ground floor: a spacious common room, where a large group can sit together and celebrate an event; indeed, it is next to a professional kitchen with 6- burner gas stove, 3 fryers, 1 microwave and 1 regular oven, dishwasher, 4 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and sink is available; before the common room there is a large terrace to sit outside, where you can take your meals in the middle of garden full of flowers.  Each apartment has its own sat TV, internet access and central heating. The 3 apartments have air conditioning.

The big 7-hectare property is cultivated according to the latest findings of bio-compatibility, olive and fruit trees have been planted and so there are 180 cherry and 200 olive trees; centuries-old trees has been maintained as far as possible; there is even a bio-organic kitchen garden, whose products can be harvested by the guests and a big and fantastic medicinal and aromatic herbs garden, into whose secrets the owner can initiate his guests, if interested. Getting to Tenuta Banzena is very easy and although the property is surrounded by nature, the asphalted street leads up to the garden gate, which will be opened with remote control to grant your security and privacy. It is possible to park within the property. In the well-groomed garden, there are 2 grill / barbecue areas and garden furniture under shady trees, where to enjoy your meals. In the barbecue area, there are also a water tap, a sink and lighting There is a ping-pong table and a children's playground with swing, slide, seesaw, playhouse etc. There is a private tennis court.

The swimming pool equipped with a modern overflow system is in front of the main house in a panoramic position: the postcard sight look over the unendless skyline of the enchanting Tuscan countryside. It is illuminated inside, with an outdoor shower and it is really big with its 5x12 m. wide and depth of 1.50 m. Here, sitting in a comfortable deck chair, you can enjoy a glass of Prosecco at sunset – pure holiday satisfaction!

The garden area is really a dream - Mediterranean plants and shrubs, lavender, rosemary, sage, juniper, beds of roses and flowers in abundance wherever you look. in furnishing the holiday flats, it has really been not saved anything: tasteful furniture, super-equipped kitchens of the best quality, all with a dishwasher, bathroom with precious Tuscan tiles and bathroom fittings of very high standard, beautiful lamps, paintings and art objects,  in short, everything is done with great care and good taste in order to cater even the highest demands of the guests. The apartments are all furnished in a traditional Tuscan style. Pets are allowed; for children this is a safe paradise with infinite amount of space for running and playing. There is table tennis and a playground for kids. Babysitting is also available: the wife of the owner is a nursery-teacher, so even if the parents want to make an uninteresting city tour for children, the children are well "parked". A cooking class can be organized as well as excursions in the area with a guide. Riding stables are nearby. For every need and taste, there is here the right pastime. The beautiful days spent in this property will be remembered forever!

The property is located few kilometers away from Bibbiena, the biggest village in Casentino. For shopping, in a few minutes drive, you arrive to Bibbiena, where you will find many little shops, but also a large modern shopping center for every need, and also post office, banks, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafe-bars, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, many fitness centers - in short, all you need. Here in the Casentino, there is still little tourism and you can live among real Tuscans, who are very friendly with the strangers - who come here on holiday the first time, come always back also the following years! Arezzo, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Perugia and all the other cultural and artistic cities of Tuscany are all within a  daily trip, so you can visit these beautiful cities and, at evening, dip again in the silence and solitude of your holiday house- especially during the hot summer days, it s really a pleasure.
