It is the ideal holiday home for a couple or a small family, in a really perfect quiet. All the windows have mosquito or fly screens. The house consists of 2 apartments, each with its own entrance; there is a lockable gate with remote control, a car parking space (suitable for cars such as Golf / Focus) located within the 5,000 m2 of the property, which is completely fenced. An apartment is rented to guests and the other belongs to the owner of the house, a veterinarian who lives in Bologna, and comes very rarely to Elba. When he is present, he is very discreet and doesn’t really disturb the guests, who have their own entrance on the lower side of the house - he enters the house from above; so everyone has their privacy.
